GROUP 3) Those records that have a "bad" address with a social security number (These records can go through our Address Search and phone Appending Service):

GROUP 4) Those records that have a "bad" address with no social security number:
A) Those records that have been bad 3 years or less (These records are candidates for postal address search (NCOA) and Adding Social Security Numbers once a good address has been found):
